After many face-to-face conversations with drivers, I am pleased to announce the largest driver compensation package in company history.
All Highway Transport drivers nationwide at all locations will see an increase in mileage and hourly pay.
All Highway Transport drivers will be paid weekly.
Regional drivers hauling loads under 150 miles will be paid a high hourly wage.
All long-haul loads over 150 miles will be based on mileage + hourly pay. This is an increase to both the mileage and hourly rates!
Drivers, you will receive your first weekly pay on May 26, 2017.
Don’t hesitate to reach out to your service center manager who can provide in-depth details of your new higher pay structure.
It is my belief that professional drivers like you who have experience with Highway equipment should make more money.
This pay increase was made with respect to our current drivers. Retaining you and your skills is crucial to our future success.
