This portal provides our customers with around-the-clock access to information – and added confidence that Highway Transport is getting the job done safely and on time.

The portal is a one-stop digital storehouse of information to provide a central place for customers to locate what they need. Recording cargo activity is important for our customers, and the portal provides access to past and present load logs, including the ability to download and print straight from the portal, as well as a database of important documents, such as bill of lading, delivery receipts and invoices. Customers can view and download these materials at their convenience.

A customer portal with what you need, when you need it

The enhanced MyHighway Customer Portal also provides peace of mind. Customers can now track cargo activity with GPS location and cargo temperature in real-time with updates made every 15 minutes. Track the location of the tanker containing the load – not just the driver’s tractor – in order to ensure monitoring of the cargo itself at any time. For temperature-sensitive chemicals, customers can use Highway Transport’s new TempTrack technology.

It’s easy and efficient to check the location and temperature of your load at any time – giving you the detailed and transparent information you need to know. MyHighway is accessible 24/7 on any device that has a web browser by simply visiting MyHighway.com.
